Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, Aura Baby complies fully with Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item:
• Is faulty or defective
• Is significantly different from its description
• Arrives damaged
• Does not function as intended due to a manufacturing fault
If you believe your product meets one of the above conditions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@aurababy.com.au, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where required under consumer law.
